On birthdays and Christmas, it is customary to give and exchange gifts with family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers. If you’ve been invited to a supper at someone’s home, it’s customary to bring a bottle of wine or a box of chocolates.
Please arrive on time, as being more than 15 minutes late is considered disrespectful. If your delay is inevitable, notify your host as soon as possible.
