Application Preparation

At the end of your counselling session we will provide you with a personalised recommendation document.
After you make your decision, we will prepare your application package for each institution.
We will then take care of sending your application to your university or institution of choice.
If required, we may arrange an information meeting with education institution representatives involved in assessing your application.

You will receive a response from the school or university within 2 to 6 weeks of your application being submitted.
When you are offered a place in a course you will receive an offer letter. If there are conditions related to your offer letter, we will explain these to you in detail.
We will schedule follow up sessions with you to monitor progress of the fulfilment of these conditions to ensure that you achieve your goal.
In some cases a representative of the institution may wish to conduct an in-depth interview with you. Upon satisfaction, you may be issued an acceptance letter immediately. We will co-ordinate this process for you.
If your application is declined, we will explain the reasons for the decline and put in place a process of follow up and appeal with the institution. You will be kept updated at all stages of this process.
We will also work on a set of options that can get you to your goal.
